摘要 本文设计了用于多种控制算法研究的液位实验系统 ,包括液位控制实验装置、通讯硬件和上层控制软件 .通过液位控制实验装置回路和阀位的不同组合 ,能够使被控对象具有多变量、有耦合、有干扰、多种工况等各种情况 .通讯硬件完成串口通讯和信号A/D ,D/A功能 .上层控制软件采用VC ++编程语言 ,其中控制算法作为一个独立的模块 ,易于修改或加入各种控制算法 .该系统集成度高、功能完善 ,界面友好 .实验实例结果表明该系统是验证多种控制算法的良好实验平台 . A liquid level process control system is designed for the purpose of control algorithm research in this paper, including liquid level tank device, communication hardware and control software. By the combination of the different loops and valve position, the system is a multivariable, coupling, disturbance and multiple working condition controlled object. Communication hardware has the function of serial communication, signal A/D and D/A. Control software is programmed by VC++ , and control algorithm is an independent module, and revise and add of control algorithm is easy. The control system has high integration, perfect function and user friendly interface. The experimental results show that the system is a perfect experiment platform for control algorithm validation.
