摘要
对Fe-Co软磁合金真空磁场热处理进行了系统研究,试验研究了退火温度和保温时间、冷却速度和磁场强度等工艺参数对该类合金磁性能和力学性能的影响,筛选出最佳的真空磁场退火工艺。
The Fe-Co magnetically soft alloy vacuum magnetic heat treatment process are systematic studied. The effect of annealing temperature and heating time, cooling rate and magnetic strength e on magnetic and dynamics properties of this alloy are studied , for selecting the best vacuum magnetic field annealing processes.
