摘要
在我国经济与社会的转型时期,包括科技信用在内的信用问题正在引起人们的普遍关注。本文从信用和科技信用的内涵分析出发,通过对科技活动特点的刻画,详细阐述了科技信用的制度结构及其实施机制和条件,为考察科技失信行为提供一个理论分析框架。
The issue of credit including science credit is attracting comprehensive attention during the period of our country's economic and social transition. This article has explicated the institutional structure and mechanism of science credit with the analysis of the characteristic of science activities and the definition of credit and science credit. It may provide a theoretic framework to investigate the science discredit behaviors.
