摘要
通过对视频监控系统在高速公路上应用的历史回顾和现状分析 ,说明数字视频监控系统在高速公路上应用的必要性。数字视频监控系统基于视频数字技术和IP技术 ,提供全数字切换内核 ,将监控系统视频切换 /通讯控制完全建立在TCP/IP协议上 ,为监控系统未来的级联提供了广阔的应用前景 ,突破传统模拟监控的局限性 ,兼容性差等问题 。
