摘要
滩海油田的大斜度井开发过程中 ,由于井眼轨迹复杂且较长 ,抽油杆柱与油管直接发生摩擦 ,导致杆管严重磨损 ,影响了油井正常生产。通过对滩海油田大斜度井举升系统动态特征研究得出 ,动态运行过程中在全角变化率大于 0 .2 6的部位存在着较大的侧压力。井眼全角变化率引起的管杆弯曲 ,降低了管杆的自由度 ,将发生应力的集中释放 ,使固定阀在下冲程中有开启过程 ,造成漏失 ,降低了泵效。通过对油井采取连续监测的方法 ,可以实现对油井工作故障的预警。并根据预警结果合理地优化组合井下工具和管柱结构 ,取得了较好的应用效果。
During the production of the high-angle wells on Tanhai oil-field, friction takes place sharply between pumping rod and tube for the sophisticate and long trace of wellbore which make rod and tube be frictionated and influence normal production in Tanhai oilfield. By studying on dynamic characteristics of raising system of high-angle wells, where the whole-angle rate of change is more than 0.26 in the course of dynamic operation, there will be more strong lateral pressure. The freedom of rod-tube has been reduced by bending of rod-tube, which is caused by the whole-angle rate of change of oil well, at the same time, the stress of concentration will happen, which make the stationed-valves open during the down stroke and pump leak and make efficiency of pump low .the pre -warning of faults of wells will come true by persisting supervision of oil wells. We can optimize and compose the downhole tools and pipe strings reasonably and get good effects.
