摘要
综述了石油炼制和石油化工过程中碳四烯烃、烷烃及其混合物的化工利用研究进展,重点阐述了异丁烯、正丁烯和正丁烷的化工利用途径。探讨了C_4混合物在芳构化、烷基化和催化裂解等方面的化工利用。C_4混合物通过芳构化可用于生产苯、甲苯、二甲苯等轻质芳烃,通过烷基化可制取高辛烷值汽油组分,而进行催化裂解可将C_4混合物转化为乙烯和丙烯等基本化工原料。
The chemical utilization of C_4 hydrocarbons in the petroleum refining and petrochemical industries is reviewed,with emphasis on i-butylene, n-butylene and n-butane. Isobutylene is mostly used to produce methyl-t-butyl ether, t-butyl alco-hol and butyl rubble etc. While n-butylene is mainly utilized to produce n-butyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, butadiene andmaleic acid anhydride etc. For n-butane, the most utilization is to turn out maleic acid anhydride and its derivatives. The chemi-cal exploitation of C_4 mixture in the aromatization, alkylation and catalytic pyrolysis process is also summarized. C_4 mixture canbe used to produce benzene, toluene and xylene through the aromatization process, to produce high octane number gasoline com-ponent through the alkylation process, and to produce ethylene and propylene through the catalytic pyrolysis process.
