摘要
梯度功能材料的热应力性能随其组成和结构的变化而缓慢变化,因而具有很高的应用价值。本文中首先建立有效的梯度功能材料的分析模型,如成分分布模型和物性参数模型,并计算梯度功能材料在稳态热传导下的热应力。然后讨论了梯度功能材料的热性能评价,并对梯度功能材料热应力研究的发展趋势作一展望。
Functionally gradient materials (FGM) have high application value for their thermal stress properties vary gradually with their composition and structure. In this paper, effective analysis models of functionally gradient materials such as composition distribution models and material property parameter models are established. And thermal stress of functionally gradient materials under thermal conduct of stable state is calculated. Then thermal performance evaluation is discussed,and the development trends in this area are prospected too.
