摘要
本文提出并研究了基于 3G(GIS、GPS、GSM)空间技术的 CRM(Custom er Relation Management,CRM)系统。提出利用空间信息将客户关系管理与物流配送相结合构成 CRM系统 ,以实现对客户服务的闭环控制 。
The paper carries out and studies a system of CRM (customer relation management)based on 3G(GIS,GPS,GSM)spatial technology,and gives a CRM system integrated on customer relation management and logistics,so that serve customers on close loop control and improve level of customer relation management.
