摘要
本文介绍了一种基于无线通信的 GSM模块和单片机技术 ,利用集成电流型温度传感器 AD5 90实现智能化的大型粮库多点温度检测的设计方法。给出了温度检测系统的各部分电磁硬件设计框图以及温度采集软件流程图。该温度检测系统具有超过设置温度值报警、随时和定时检测整个粮库各点温度的功能 ,同时具有性能价格比高 ,体积小 ,传输距离远 ,且抗干扰性强 ,传感器互换性和系统扩展性好 。
In this article,based on the GSM module of wireless communication and the single chip technology,the design method,which realizes the multi point temperature measurement for the intelligentized large scale grain depot using integrate current type temperature sensor AD590,is introduced.The design block diagrams of all circuit hardware and the temperature collection software flowchart of the temperature measurement system are supplied.This temperature measurement system has such functions like alarming when the temperature overpasses the setting value,measuring the temperatures of all the points in the whole grain depot at any time or at defined time.This system also has following advantages:high performance price ratio,small size,long transmission distance,strong interference immunity,good interchangeability of sensors and good expansibility of the system etc.
