摘要
电容层析成像(ECT)系统阵列传感器的敏感场受被测介质的影响,这一“软场”特性是ECT应用于两相流参数测量中的一个主要问题。本文介绍了基于有限元模型的仿真实验,通过数据分析研究了多个影响灵敏场分布的因素及其规律。
The sensitive field of the electrical capacitance tomography(ECT) sensor is affected by medium distri-
bution. Such soft field characteristic is a key problem for its application to two phase-flow parameter measure-
ment. This paper introduces the sensitivity simulation analysis technique. It studies on several factors that affect
sensitive field distribution and the governing rule of the ECT field.
