摘要
采用传输线变压器来实现超声换能器与超声信号源之间的阻抗匹配。以500kHz~2MHz范围内的超声换能器的阻抗匹配变压器的设计为例,具体给出了确定传输线变压器特性阻抗、线长、磁心、导线型号和匝数的方法。由于传输线变压器具有通频带宽、易于制作的特点,在功率超声领域将有可能得到广泛的应用。
The transmission line transformer is chosen in the article to implement the impedance match between
the ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic signal source. Taking the design of impedance match transformer of the
ultrasonic transducer in the frequency range of 500kHz~2MHz for example,the detailed method is presented
herein to make certain specific impedance,the type and length of lead,magnetic core and circle number. Being
characteristics of the broad transmission bands and simple facture process,the transmission line transformer will
be widely applied in the ultrasonic power field.
