摘要
在我国未来的发展中,建设小康社区是国家和政府的主要任务和职责之一,党的十六大提出“全面建设小康社会”是党和政府在21世纪的首要任务。而城市社区作为城市社会的构成分子,其建设成功与否直接关系到我国未来经济和社会的发展。社区经济建设是社区建设的关键。该文作者从发展社区经济特殊性与必要性出发,在一定社会调查的基础上,对社区经济进行了分析,并提出了自己的思考。
The building of the well-off communities is one of the main tasks of the government in the future development of China. 'To build a well-off society in an all-round way' put forward at the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC is the dominant task of the Party and the government in the 21st century. The communities are the constituents of the city, so community development will determine the economic and social development in the future of China. Economic development of the community is vital to the development of the community. The author analyzes the community economy and raises some constructive advices on the basis of social investigation.
