摘要
法律诊所教学是法学教育的一项新的课题或手段,法律援助是许多国家采用的对社会弱者提供法律帮助的一种 司法救济制度。该文认为两者复合具有重要的教育和社会意义,并针对我国法律诊所教学存在的问题,提出了完善我国法律 诊所教学与法律援助复合制度的若干建议。
Clinical law teaching is a new means of law education. whereas legal aid the judicial relief system for providing aid to the disadvantaged in many countries. The combination cf these two is of educational and social significance. This article is to analyse the problems of clinical law teaching in China. and put forward the suggestions of the combination system of clinical kw teaching and legal aid in China.
