摘要
目的观察齿接触半环抱钢板内固定对骨折愈合的影响。方法成年新西兰大白兔30只,体重2.8~3.5公斤。双侧胫骨中段横形截骨,右侧用齿接触半环抱钢板内固定(实验组),左侧用同等型号的AO传统钢板内固定(对照组)。术后不同时期处死实验动物,获取骨标本分别行X-Ray、光镜、透射电镜观察。结果X-Ray:实验组骨痂分布更为均匀、有序,骨髓腔再通较早。光镜观察:对照组钢板下皮质骨骨吸收较早出现,并呈进行性发展;实验组钢板下第2~4周有大量骨痂生成,第6周改建成与骨纵轴平行。电镜观察:对照组钢板下皮质骨中大多数骨细胞不完整,细胞器肿胀,并呈进行性发展。实验组结构完整,细胞器稍肿胀,并呈进行性改善。结论齿接触半环抱钢板对骨折愈合的环境干扰小,有利于骨折愈合。
Objective To compare the effects of fixation with the tooth contact half cycle (TCC) steel plate and those of the similar pattern AO conventional steel plate on fracture union.
