摘要
清洁生产技术的辨识与推广一直是清洁生产推行的重要内容.然而,有必要对清洁生产技术的界定和现行清洁生产技术的推广模式进行反思.本文从技术系统整体的角度首先回顾了人类对于技术与环境问题关系的反思,明确技术进步并不必然导致环境危机,反之清洁生产技术也不必然带来可持续发展;接着,从技术轨迹出发探讨了清洁生产技术的识别和实现途径.最后,给出几点建议.
