摘要
教师人文素养的高低直接关系到整个国民人文素养的提高、现代化事业的发展、国民精神凝聚力的增强和可持续发展的推进。中国当今教师的人文素养存在着历史性的缺失症,直接给学生素质的全面提高带来严重阻碍。中国教师的继续教育经过了学历补偿教育、知识技能补偿培训和学历提高培训之后,提高人文素养成了当前一个十分紧迫而重要的课题。
