摘要
染色体病是一类常见遗传病,我们对2643例遗传咨询者进行外周血染色体核型分析,发现异常核型106例,检出率4%。其中常染色体异常78例,性染色体异常28例。广泛开展优生遗传咨询及外周血染色体检查对遗传病的防治、优生优育和提高人口素质有重大的意义。
Chromosomal diseases are kinds of hereditary diseases.Karyotype analysis was given to 2643 eugenics heredity consultants from 1990 to 2007 in Suining city.Out of the 2643 consultants,106 have abnormal karyotype and the abnormal rate is 4%,the detection rate 4%.Among them 78 are abnormal in euchromosome and 28 are in sex chromosome.Form 408 lowly intelligence sufferers,61 examples are abnormality chromosome,the detection rate 15%.Sterile discovers the chromosome exceptionally 28 examples in 173 example prima...
