摘要
采用问卷调查法,了解职业女性的体育锻炼和心理压力的现状,运用统计学分析方法,分析体育锻炼对心理压力的影响作用、哪些锻炼因素对心理压力影响最大。结果:娱乐身心是职业女性锻炼的主要目的,参加规律性锻炼的人数很少;44%的职业女性处于健康危险压力(过大压力)状态;锻炼的频度和目的是影响心理压力的显著因素,心理压力在体育锻炼对心理健康的影响中起中介效应。结论:轻松愉快地参加1-2次/周的规律性体育锻炼能明显缓解职业女性的心理压力,增进心理健康。
