摘要
基于技术落后、资源短缺、环境污染严重等原因,我国迫切需要建立创新型国家。知识产权保护是我国建立创新型国家的法律保证。我国建立创新型国家的知识产权战略应包括进一步完善知识产权保护体系、加强知识产权保护观念、采取措施鼓励企业创新、大力实施品牌战略及加强创新型人才及知识产权人才的培养几个方面。
