摘要
多元文化背景下的音乐教育,必须改变少数民族高等院校音乐专业以欧洲音乐教育体系为中心的教育模式;以母语音乐文化为本、构建多元音乐文化教育的理念;构建中国少数民族音乐文化教育体系,必须有坚实、科学的符合少数民族音乐文化特质和规律的理论为基础,并以此支持教学体系、教材及师资队伍的建设和培养。
