摘要
通过对桑皮微生物脱胶过程中微生物数量、果胶酶活性、木聚糖酶活性、纤维素酶活性以及桑皮脱胶液的pH值、还原糖、COD的动态变化进行测定,研究微生物数量、脱胶酶活性、脱胶液性质在桑皮微生物脱胶过程中的动态变化规律。结果表明,脱胶微生物的数量在脱胶前期迅速增加,中期基本平稳,后期有所下降;果胶酶活性、木聚糖酶活性、还原糖随着脱胶的进程逐渐上升,60 h后缓慢下降;纤维素酶活性在整个脱胶过程中一直呈上升趋势;pH值在脱胶前期逐渐下降,60 h后趋于稳定;COD随着脱胶的进程不断增加,前期增长迅速,后期增长减缓。
The dynamic changes of the number of microbes,pectinase activities,xylanase activities,cellulase activities,pH,reducing sugar and COD in microbial retting liquid were studied.The results showed that the number of microbes increased quickly in primary phase,kept steady in meddle phase,and decreased slowly in late phase.The pectinase activities,xylanase activities and reducing sugar increased gradually in the microbial retting process and decreased slowly after 60 h.The cellulase activities increased graduall...
