摘要
通过对吉林省特殊教育学校师资整体状况的调查,表明吉林省特殊教育学校普遍存在着师资学历层次较低、教师专业化程度低、教师职后培训体制不完善等问题。针对这些问题,总结近年来相关的改善措施,为吉林省特殊教育学校教师整体水平的提高提出了若干对策。
Based on the overall state of investigations on teachers in Special Education Schools in Jilin Province,the paper shows that these schools teachers are low-level qualifications,low-level professionalism and teachers training after are imperfect etc.In light of these problems,the paper sums up the relevant measures in recent years and puts forward a number of countermeasures to raise the overall level of special education school teachers in Jilin Province.
