摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对元学习理论在健美操教学中的作用和意义进行了实证研究。结果表明:学生具有元学习的潜能,在健美操技术教学中加强元学习的训练和教学策略,培养学生的元学习能力是切实可行的,对提高学生健美操学习兴趣及终身体育的能力,提高健美操教学水平具有重要意义和作用。
With the methods of literature data,expert investigation,empirical research and questionnaire studied the practical value on Meta-learning theory in Aerobics Teaching.The result shows that: the student has the Meta-learning potentially,It is conscientiously feasible to improve the student s Meta-learning ability and it is important to improve interest of Aerobics and the capability of lifelong sport.Improve teaching level have importance and the effect.
