摘要
[目的]探讨谷氨酸铬对糖尿病小鼠胰岛及B细胞的影响.[方法]用四氧嘧啶制作糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为糖尿病对照组、实验Ⅰ组(每日灌胃给予谷氨酸铬250μg/kg)及实验Ⅱ组(每日灌胃给予谷氨酸铬125μg/kg),另设正常对照组.实验周期为3周,利用免疫组织化学方法观察胰岛及B细胞的组织学变化.[结果]实验Ⅰ组小鼠胰岛内空虚部分明显缩小,B细胞及其颗粒增多,界限较清楚.[结论]谷氨酸铬对四氧嘧啶所致小鼠胰岛及B细胞的损伤具有明显的改善作用.
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of chromium glutamate(CG) on pancreas islet and B cell in diabetic mice.METHODSThe diabetic model of mice was induced by alloxan,and the mice were divided into 4 groups,normal control group,model control group,experimental groupⅠand Ⅱby intragastric administration with CG 250g/kg and 125g/kg,respectively.The pancreas islet and B cell were observed by immunohistochemical method after 3 weeks of experiment.RESULTSThe void part in islets in groupⅠwas obviously decreased in size...
