摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,对90名高校教师亚健康状况的心理成因进行分析,并提出了相应的锻炼对策。研究结果表明,有超过九成的高校教师自评处于亚健康状态,引发此现象的心理原因主要是工作压力大造成的心情不好、焦虑、睡眠不良等消极心理状态。锻炼对策应从加强对高校教师的健康和体育教育、正视工作压力,特别是增强锻炼自我效能着手。
Using an open-ended questionnaire,this paper analyzed the psychological causes of 90 college faculty s sub-healthy status and recommended some related exercise coping strategies.The result showed that over ninety percent of the teachers evaluated them as remaining at sub-healthy status.Due to heavy induced workload,stresses brought out negative psychological states such as moodiness,anxiety and sleep deprivation were the psychological causes for perceived sub-healthy status.The exercise coping strategies re...
