摘要
以特大工件FHL300t-00吊排为研究对象,对吊排进行抗拉静载强度测试。在吊排上布置应变片,与电桥盒组成直流半桥单臂桥式电路,当吊排承受载荷时,吊排上的应力变形反映到应变片上,通过应变仪读出各测点的应变值,从而确定排体危险截面的最大应力和最大变形,为吊排的使用提供安全保障。测试过程中考虑了温度、噪声等因素的影响,并提出了解决方法。
This paper uses the super workpiece suspensory rigging FHL300t-00 as a case study to test anti-pull static strength.Strain gages installed on the suspensory rigging and the bridge circuit boxes serve as the single-armed bridge circuit of direct-current half bridge.When the suspensory rigging is loaded,it distorts the strain gages,and then the strain measurements are obtained.Thus,the biggest stress and the biggest distortion of the dangerous section can be identified so as to provide safety control for the ...
