摘要
体外培养人结肠癌细胞株HCT-8,将2×107个/mL人结肠癌细胞(HCT-8)悬液0.2 mL接种于BALB/c小鼠皮下,记录荷瘤生存时间,观察接种瘤生长及转移情况,死亡后解剖并做病理检查。结果显示,皮下转移发生率为94.00%(47/50),淋巴结转移率为96.00%(48/50)。荷瘤鼠平均生存时间(60.20±7.60)d,病理结果提示,转移部位肿瘤细胞与接种部位肿瘤细胞结构相似,符合低分化腺癌的特征。本试验成功建立了小鼠结肠癌皮下转移动物模型,为结肠癌的相关研究提供参考。
Human colon carcinoma cell lines HCT-8 was cultured in vitro and then subcutaneously transplanted in BALB/C mice.Subcutaneouly metastases were established in BALB/c mice by subcutaneouly injection of colonic carcinoma cells(HCT-8) with 2×107 cells in 0.2 mL solution.The growth condition of implanted tumors and the metastases were investigated.The incidence rates of metastases was 94.00%,the average survival time of tumor bearing animals was(60.20±7.60) days.The pathological observation showed that tumor cel...
