摘要
介绍了模态分析[1]的基本原理,并以自由状态下的平面凸轮[2]为例,利用ANSYS[3]软件分析得出了其前九阶模态的固有振动频率、振型模态、相对位移和相对应力的分布图,分析结果显示出了凸轮各部分结构振动的强弱分布,为凸轮机构动力学优化设计提供了必要的依据。
The paper introduced the basic principle of modal analysis, and taking plane cam in free state as an example, analyzed and obtained the distribution maps of its first nine step modality natural vibration frequency, the modality of vibration mode, the relative displacement and the relative stress using the ANSYS software.
