学生政治辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,肩负着创新人才培养的重任,必须转变旧有教育观念,加强学习,在创新人才培养中发挥应有的作用。
The instructors are the important integral part of teaching staff in universities, and they are taking on training the innovative talents. Therefore, it is necessary for the instructors to change old education concept, strengthen their study and play positive roles in training innovative talents.
