摘要
本文介绍了"金融功能观"理论的来源和内涵,并利用这一科学研究视角,分析了财务公司功能定位要服务经济、服务产业、特色金融、市场选择的四大原则,并提出中国财务公司功能定位的短期和长期方向。
The paper introduces the origin and the connotations of the Financial Function theory.From this scientific perspective of research,it analyzes the four principles that the orientation of finance companies should adhere to-serving the economy,serving industries,finance with special characteristics and market choice.Finally,the short-and long-term directions for the orientation of China s finance companies are pointed out.
