摘要
含油废水是一种量大面广且危害严重的工业废水 .因此对重力法、气浮法、絮凝法、电化学法和生物法这些传统的含油废水处理方法的原理、优缺点及改进作了较详细的论述 .分析了石油工业废水、机械加工制造业废水、机车废水等含油废水的特征并对现有工艺应用现状作了概述 ,根据目前研究现状预测膜分离法 。
Oily wastewater comes from varies industries and has potential danger to environment. Conventional approaches to treat oily wastewater include gravity separation and skimming, air flotation, coagulation and flocculation, electrochemistry method and biochemistry method etc. The principles of all these conventional treatment methods are discussed, and their advantages, disadvantages and potential improvements are constructed. The water quality and treatment applications of the main sources of the oily wastewater, which including petroleum industry discharges, mechanical industry discharges, engine maintenance and other relational industries are summarized. Based on the latest studies on the oily wastewater treatments, the membrane processing, magnetization and absorption separation representing the direction of the oily wastewater treatment techiques are forecasted.
