摘要
通过对国外工程项目建设基本模式的分析 ,提出在我国应建立和完善一些相应执业资格 ,培育和建立完善的市场中介服务机构 ,建立和完善相应的法律、法规体系 .同时 ,我国国有建筑企业必须加快改制 。
By analyzing the construction patterns of foreign engineering projects, some corresponding professional qualifications, market institutions and the corresponding laws or regulations should be set up and well developed in China is suggested. Meanwhile, China's state run construction enterprises should speed up the process of reorganization to meet the need of conventions after entering WTO.
