摘要
运用SEM、AES和XPS分析了Ni P PTFE的镀层结构、表面形貌及镀层组成.研究表明,Ni P PTFE镀层在镀态下为非晶态结构,外观呈亮黑色,表面光滑、均匀,有很好的憎水性,其相对原子百分数为Ni 5 3.0 1 %、P 2 9.38%、C 1.5 1 %、F 2.88%、O 0.75 %和Fe 1 0.0 8%.镀层厚度约为 3.32 μm,镀层耐 1 0 %NaCl溶液和 1 %H2 S气体腐蚀能力较强.
The structure?morphology and composition of the composite coating of the Ni P PTFE were analyzed by using the methods of XRD? SEM? AES and XPS. The results show that the structure of the Ni P PTFE composite coating is amorphous and the composite deposite is smooth, uniform and good black in appearance. The coating is approximately 3.32?μm thick and has stronger corrosion resistance. The relative atomic percent contents of the coating is Ni 53.01%, P 29.38%, C 1.51%, F 2.88%, O 0.75% and Fe 10.08%, respectively.
