基于Internet的注塑模具智能化并行设计系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 在系统地分析了注塑模具设计制造的知识结构层次关系及相关过程的基础上,基于Internet环境和并行工程思想,以AutoCAD为平台,应用面向对象、数据库、人工智能及特征建模等技术与方法,开发了基于Internet的注塑模具智能化并行设计系统,建立了统一的集成化产品信息模型;研究了注塑产品可模塑性评价,模具计算机辅助报价,基于特征的模具三维参数化设计,产品缺陷分析诊断等各功能模块的知识表达与信息反馈及共享机制;讨论了系统实现的关键技术。为注塑模具实现网络化、智能化、并行化设计,缩短模具开发周期,提高模具质量,提供了有效的技术支持。 The knowledge structure hierarchy and related processes of injection mold design and manufacturing are sys-temically analyzed. Based on the Internet environment and the idea of CE(Concurrent engineering), taking AutoCAD as the platform, applying object-oriented technology, database technology, artificial intelligence and feature generating technology, injection mold intelligent concurrent design system is developed . Uniform integrated product information model is established. The moldability assessment of injection mould product, mould computer assistant bid, three-dimensional parametric design of mould based on feature ,the analysis and diagnosis of product defects, knowledge expression and information feedback sharing of every module are studied. The key technology of system implementation is discussed. The effective technical support for realizing network design, intelligent design and Concurrent design of mould, cutting mould development cycle, improving mould quality is supplied.
