摘要
目的 探讨早孕妇女中人巨细胞病毒 (CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型 (HSV Ⅱ )、弓形虫 (TOXO)、沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染的发生情况。方法 采用PCR技术对 4 86例早孕妇女的外周血、宫颈分泌物、绒毛组织检测CMV、HSV Ⅱ、TOXO和CT。结果 4 86例早孕妇女的外周血、宫颈分泌物、绒毛组织中CMV、HSV Ⅱ、TOX O、CT的总检出率分别为 7.6 2 %、2 .6 7%、1.86 %和 17.0 8%。外周血中CMV、HSV Ⅱ、TOXO检出率分别为1.6 4 %、0 .82 %及 1.6 5 % ;绒毛组织中CMV、HSV Ⅱ、TOXO检出率均为 0 .2 1% ;分泌物中CMV、HSV Ⅱ、CT的检出率分别为 5 .76 %、1.6 4 %、17.0 8%。除CT的检出率随年龄增长而下降外 ,其余各项检测在不同年龄组中的检出率差异均无显著性 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,未产妇与经产妇的检出率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 孕早期血清CMV、HSV Ⅱ、TOXO及CT的检测不必定为筛查的项目 ,对早孕妇女 ,可首先考虑作分泌物检测。
Objective To study the infection of cytomegalovirus (CMV), herps simplex virus Ⅱ (HSV-Ⅱ), toxoplasmosis (TOXO), chlamydia trachomatis (CT) in early pregnant women. Methods The specimens of peripherad blood, cervical discharge and villi from 486 early pregnant women were detected by PCR for CMV, HSV-Ⅱ, TOXO, CT. Results The positive detected rates of CMV, HSV-Ⅱ, TOXO, CT in the above specinens were 7.62%, 2.67% , 1.86% and 17.08% respectively. The positive detected rate of serumCMV, HSV-Ⅱ, TOX in the above specinens were 1.64%, 0.82% and 1.65% respectively, and the positive detected rate of villi CMV, HSV-Ⅱ, TOXO were all 0.21%. Those of CMV, HSV-Ⅱ, CT in cervical discharge were 5.76%, 1.64% 17.08%, respectively. There were no significantly difference betweent primipara and multipara ,except its detection rate by CT decreased with increase of age. Conclusion The detection of serum CMV, HSV-Ⅱ, TOXO, and CT are not necessary in early pregnancy.
