观赏植物火鹤、红宝石喜林芋的快速繁殖 被引量:6

摘要 通过研究不同生长素和细胞分裂素组合配比对火鹤、红宝石喜林芋分化和生根的影响 ,确定了最佳继代、壮苗和生根培养基 ,并针对火鹤选择出了优良的快繁无性系作为快繁材料。探讨了恒温与变温培养对愈伤组织鲜重增殖分化壮苗的影响。试管苗移栽驯化试验结果表明 ,只有在基质温度达 15~ 2 0℃ ,室温 2 2~ 2 5℃时试管苗才能正常生长。还确定了适宜的移栽基质。试验表明以上 2种植物皆可在瓶外生根。 Mordern ornamental plants, Anthurium scherzerianum Schott and Philodendron enbesoens cv.Red Emerald were propagated successfully by means of tissue culture techniques.Through gradual subculture,the best clone was selected as proliferatative material from a large amount of callus of Anthurium scherzerianum schott.The results of transplantation showed that:plantlets could start to grow vigorously only when the temperature of medium in the container was about 15~20 ℃,and room temperature was 22~25 ℃ in all acclimatization stages.Better the transplantation medium of each kind of plant was chosen in this study.Out test tube rooting of cuttings derived from in Rapid Propagation have been achieved by the treatment of exogenous auxin.
