摘要
目的 研究手术室低相对湿度环境对角膜厚度的影响及其临床意义。方法 对 4 2例 78眼近视进行 L A SIK术前和术中角膜中央厚度超声测量 ,分析其厚度的差异。手术室相对湿度为 3 0 %~ 50 % .结果 术前角膜中央厚度为 557.4 2μm± 2 7.0 4μm ,术中为 54 5.63μm± 2 8.60μm (P <0 .0 0 1) ,平均角膜厚度减少 11.58μm± 8.0 4μm。低中度近视角膜厚度平均减少 9.88μm± 7.92 μm,高度近视为 13 .56μm± 7.84 μm,差异显著。结论 低湿度环境可导致角膜厚度减少 ;计算 L A SIK中角膜瓣的厚度应以术前生理状态的角膜厚度为依据。
Objective To study the effect of the lower relative humidity within the operating room on the center corneal thickness (CCT) and the clinical meaning with LASIK for myopia. Methods The corneal thickness of 42 cases (78 eyes)with myopia were determined by ultrasonic pachymeter before and in LASIK. The relative humidity of the operating room was 30~50 percent. Statistical analysis were performed with t- test by statistica. Results In pre-LASIK of 78 eyes, CCT was 557.42μm±27.04μm ,and 545.63μm±28.60μm,in LASIK.The difference of the corneal thickness was highly significant(t=4.961,P<0.001).In LASIK on the operating room mean CCT dropped 11.58μm±8.04 μm. A significant difference of CCT decreased was found between lower or moderate and high myopia(P<0.05), was 9.88μm±7.92μm and 13.56μm±7.84μm,respectively.Conclusion The lower relative humidity can decrease CCT. Calculation of the flap thickness ought to be based on physiologic CCT before LASIK.
