摘要 简述了芽孢杆菌属 (Bacillus)中的新型活性杀虫蛋白 营养期杀虫蛋白VIPs及其编码基因的发现、特性、作用模式及机制等研究进展 ,并对其杀虫活性和安全因素作了初步评估和预示。 The discovery, characteristics, functional mode, mechanism, and advance in study of vegetative insecticidal proteins (VIPs), a new type of insecticidal proteins as well as the encoding genes, which were found, extracted, and purified from Bacillus strains were briefly introduced in this paper. Moreover, the insecticidal activity and safety of VIPs was evaluated and indicated.\;
