摘要
论述了电液伺服阀阶跃响应的测试原理,采用小波消噪对测量过程中的高频噪声进行了去噪处理,提高了测试结果的精确性。在自主研发的电液伺服阀性能测试VICAT系统上对某阀进行了阶跃响应测试,给出了小波消噪前后的特性曲线。
The testing principle of step response of eletrohydraulic servo valve is expounded completely. The high frequency noise in the testing process is eliminated by use of the wavelet-based noise suppression method. The accuracy of the testing result is advanced. The step response of a servo valve is tested on the virtual instrument CAT system for characteristic testing of eletrohydraulic servo valve. The characteristic curves before and after the wavelet-based noise suppression are given.
