摘要
阻垢及缓蚀性能的准确监测与评价是影响并制约水处理技术及装置进一步发展和完善的关键技术。针对现行冷却水动态模拟试验装置的不足,提出一种在线阻垢监测技术,并结合传统的电阻法测量金属腐蚀速度,研发了一种新型在线冷却水动态模拟试验装置,这里主要介绍了该装置的工作原理、主要结构及功能特点等。
It's the key to affection and restriction cooling water treatment technique and equipment's development that monitoring and evaluation scale and corrosion inhibition performance accurately. Point at the imperfection of present equipments, the paper proposes a new on-line scale monitoring method, integrated with traditional resistance method to measure mental corrosion rate, and develops a new on-line cooling water simulated dynamic test equipment. We introduce mainly the measuring principle, the structure and its performance.
