扩髓交锁髓内针治疗股胫骨干骨折的体会

摘要 目的　总结扩髓交锁髓内针治疗股胫骨干骨折的临床经验。方法　回顾性分析从1998年 8月至 2 0 0 1年 2月所做扩髓交锁髓内针手术治疗股胫骨干骨折 86例 ,其中胫骨干骨折 45例 ,股骨干骨折 41例 ,均为闭合骨折。结果　 45例胫骨骨折病人 6个月内临床骨愈合 ,41例股骨干骨折病人 3个月内临床骨愈合 ,全部病人术后邻近关节的功能恢复正常。结论　扩髓交锁髓内针手术治疗长骨干骨折固定稳定可靠 ,有利于骨折愈合 。
