赤泥沉降高效絮凝剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从赤泥的物理化学性质研究入手 ,对国内外用于赤泥沉降的多种絮凝剂进行比较和研究 ,探索了絮凝剂的协同效应 ,研制了新型高效絮凝剂。与国内外主要絮凝剂的比较试验表明 :在相同用量条件下 ,新研制的BKN -1型阴离子多官能团絮凝剂用于赤泥沉降 ,前 10min平均速度达到了14 0 8mm/min ,压缩液固比 3 18,与国外性能最好的絮凝剂MF -10相当 ,且生产成本低 ,澄清液澄清度好 。 By studying the physical and chemical properties of red mud,several flocculants for settling red mud both at home and abroad were compared The synergistic effect of a flocculant was discussed A new type of effective flocculant was developed and compared with other flocculants for settling red mud When using the new BKN 1 flocculant,an anionic polyfuctional group flocculant,to settle the red mud,the average settling rate of red mud in the first 10 minutes is up to 14 08 mm/min and the L/S ratio of red mud compressed is 3 18 The properties of BKN 1 for settling red mud match with that of MF 10 abroad And BKN 1 flocculant has the advantages of low dosage,low production cost,good limpidity and so on BKN 1 has a broad application prospect
