摘要
目的:观察银消片合用其软膏的主要药效学作用,为该药临床治疗银屑病提供药理学依据。方法:采用体内外抗真菌、消炎、抗自由基、细胞免疫和体液免疫等试验。结果:银消片合用其软膏具有下述作用:(1)对粉小孢子菌和石膏样小孢子菌等常见皮肤真菌具有显著抑制作用。(2)明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀。(3)抑制角叉莱胶诱发的小鼠足跖肿胀。(4)明显抑制小鼠和大鼠棉球肉芽组织生成。(5)提高小鼠血液中性粒细胞的吞噬葡萄球菌的功能。(6)抑制2.4-二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应。(7)明显抑制酵母多糖激活的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生的活性氧。(8)提高小鼠胸腺和脾脏的抗氧化功能,降低活性氧对免疫器官的脂质过氧化损伤。(9)显著提高豚鼠的致痒阈。(10)对SRBC诱导的小鼠血清溶血素、脾空斑生成细胞溶能力和小鼠血清IgM、IgG含等没有明显影响。体外实验:(1)银消片对粉小孢子菌、石膏样小孢子菌、红色毛癣菌等三种真菌有明显抑制作用。(2)有效的清除体内的O2-、OH、H2O2、O21等多种活性氧。结论:银消片合用银消软膏具有抗真菌、消炎、止痒、抗氧化功能、增强机体的非特异性免疫及抑制细胞免疫等功能,而对体液免疫的影响不明显。这为银消片合用其软膏治疗银屑病等多种皮肤病提供了药理学依据。
Objective:To investigate the essential pharmacological effects on Xiatare tablets combined with Xiatae Ointment,provide the pharmacological testimony for curing psoriasis on clinic.Methods:The experiments of anti-fungus,anti-inflammatory,auti-freeradical,im-muno-regulation were adopted.Results:Xiatare tablets combined with Xiatare Ointment had following effects:(1)obviously inhibited common disease fungus of skin;(2)obviously re-duced edematous swelling of ear of mice;(3)obviously reduced paw edema of mice induced by carrageenin;(4)obviously inhibited cotton pellet gramuloma implanted in rats;(5)in-hanced the phagocytosis of phagocyte in blood of mice;(6)inhibited the mice DTH induced by DNCB;(7)obviously inhibited the free radical of macrophages activated by zymosan A;(8)inhanced the antifreeradical function of thymus and spleen,reduced the peroxidation damage on immunologic organs;(10)no effect on hemolytic plaque of spleen and the concentration of IgG IgM in seram of mice.The vitro experiment:(1)obviously inhibited common disease fungus of skin;(2)elminated the O 2- ?OH?H 2 O 2 ?O 21 active oxygen radicals;(3)Conclusion:Xiatare tablets com bined with Xiatare Oint ment had the obvious antifungus,antiinflammato-ry,an tifreeradical,immuno-regula tion,an tiallergic effects,and can provide pharmacological testimony for cur ing psoriasis as well as for another various skin disease on clinic.
