甘草酸的提取动力学特性与强化传质机理 被引量:9

摘要 本文选用中草药甘草为基质物料,目标成分为甘草酸,蒸馏水作提取剂,分别用索氏、回流与微波三种方法进行了提取动力学特性对比实验,探讨了中草药有效成分提取的强化传质机理。结果表明:微波提取的阻力小,提取率高,而且时间短,温度低,因此目标成分的纯度高、品质好;微波技术用于中草药生理活性成分与特殊功能成分的提取有其独特的优越性。 A comparative experiments of extracting dynamic characteristics were presented in this paper, where several different extraction methods (soxhlet, reflux and microwave) were used to extract glycyrrihizic acid from glycyrrihiza, distilled water as extraction solvent. The mechanism on enhancing mass-transfer was also studied during the process of extracting valid component from medicinal herb.
