摘要
介绍了加弧辉光离子渗镀技术的基本原理、几年来在基础研究方面取得的一些成果、在开展应用研究方面取得的新进展 ,以及本技术的延伸与扩展 .研究表明该技术可以在普通碳钢、钛合金表面形成各种金属及合金的渗层、镀层、渗镀结合层 ,也可以在其表面合成各种金属碳氮化合物薄膜 ,达到提高表面耐磨、抗蚀。
The principle of surface alloying technique by glow discharge with arc source was introduced.The recent developments in research and application and the new innovations of this technique were also presented.The research indicated that various diffusion layer,coating and a combination of both could be formed on surface of steels and titanium alloys by the technique.Besides,thin films of various metal carbides and nitrides could also be synthesized by the technique.These processes could be applied to enhance...
