摘要
为研究电控柴油喷射液力系统参数对系统喷射性能的影响 ,对喷射系统建立了简化数理模型。对不同低压油管的长度和刚度进行了对比试验。结果发现 :油管的长度越长 ,则主喷射压力越低而压力卸载速度越快 ;油管的刚度越小 ,则主喷射卸载速度越快而嘴端残余压力小且波动幅度越大。油管长度和刚度的确定需要兼顾喷射压力及其卸载速度。
The effect of electronic control of the diesel fuel injection hydraulic parameters on system performance was studied analytically. Experiments for different hydraulic fuel pipe lengths and stiffnesses showed that longer pipes reduced the maximum injection pressure and shortened the pressure relaxation time. More elastic pipes also shortened the relaxation time, but the injector pressure was lower and was more unstable.
