摘要 为回收利用碱性电池和干电池中的锌、锰 ,进行了溶剂萃取法回收锌、锰离子的可行性研究。在系统地比较了酸性磷氧类萃取剂和中性磷氧类萃取剂萃取性能的基础上 ,获得较适宜的萃取剂组成——磷酸二异辛基酯 (P2 0 4 ) ,并进行了操作条件对萃取平衡性能影响的实验研究。结果表明 ,水相 p H值、稀释剂极性、金属初始浓度对 P2 0 4萃取锌、锰的分配系数有重要影响 ;其中 ,高的水相 p H值、惰性稀释剂和较低的金属离子浓度有利于提高分配系数 ;锌、锰共存时 ,P2 0 4 /煤油体系优先萃取锌 ,并且具有很大的选择性。串级错流实验表明 ,选择合适的操作条件可使金属完全被萃入有机相 ,萃余水相金属浓度达国家排放标准。反萃工艺简单易行 ,溶剂可再生使用。溶剂萃取法对于废电池金属锌。 The feasibility of recovering zinc and manganese ions from spent batteries using the solvent extraction method was investigated. The tests suggested that Di (2 ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (P204) is a suitable extractant according to the experimental results for equilibrium of zinc and manganese in organophosphate extractants.
