尿囊素是一种重要的尿素衍生产品。评述了乙二醛氧化法、电化学法、乙醛酸钙法、尿素三氯乙醛合成法、尿酸二氯乙酸法和尿酸氧化脱羧法等合成尿囊素的各种工艺。建议化肥企业应利用原料与技术优势,开发适宜规模的尿囊素生产工艺。
Allantoin is one of the important urea derivative products. Production technology of synthesis of allantoin are reviewed , including glyoxal oxidation, electrochemical synthesis, calcium glyoxylate synthesis, dichloroacetic acid synthesis, ace-tochloral method, and oxidative decarboxylation. It is proposed that fertilizer enterprises should make full use of feedstock and technology to develop the proper scale process to get out of trouble.
