摘要
聚酰亚胺/无机杂化膜比纯聚酰亚胺膜具有更好的热稳定性、力学性能和透气性能。介绍了影响溶胶-凝胶法制备聚酰亚胺/无机杂化膜的7个主要因素,包括成膜聚合物形式、催化剂、成膜基底、热处理及亚胺化、无机相前体、无机组分含量及相容性。分析了聚酰亚胺结构特性与气体分离性能之间的关系,认为无机纳米粒子的引入使聚酰亚胺在热稳定性、机械性能及透气性能等方面均有明显的改善和提高。指出今后在无机粒子形态、粒径的控制以及无机组分对透气性改善的作用方面还需要继续研究。
Polyimide/inorganics hybrid membranes have more excellent thermal stability, mechanical property and gas permeability than pure polyimide membranes.
