摘要
目的:探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)防止帕金森病(PD)大鼠黑质细胞损伤的可能性。方法:采用帕金森病大鼠模型,采用 TUNEL 法、Nissl’s染色、HE 染色、旋转行为观察的方法,观察造模成功后 GBE 治疗1、5、10d 大鼠旋转行为及黑质病理变化。结果:GBE 组黑质凋亡细胞数、旋转圈数均较 PD 组减少,HE 染色结构均得到改善。结论:银杏叶提取物能有效防止帕金森病大鼠黑质细胞损伤。
Objective:To explore the possibility of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)to relieve the injury of substantial nigra in Parkinson disease (PD).Methods:At day 1,5 and 10 after PD model were established,rotational behavior,TUNEL,Nissl s body staining methods were adopted to evaluate the role of GBE in treating PD.Results:In the contrary of PD group,the rotational behavior,apoptotic nigral cells, Nissl body,uhrastructure of the GBE group were ameliorated effectively.Conclusion:GBE might mitigate the injury of substant...
